There are three types of membership.

1.   Ordinary Member
2.   Associate Member
3.   Patron Member

1 Ordinary Member:
Plastic Processors / manufacturers having their set up in Gujarat State can become member under this category. The fee structure is as under :
Entrance Fee : Rs. 562/- 
Memberhip Fee : Rs. 562/-
    ---------
Total : Rs. 1124/- (Annual)

2 Associate Member:
The firms engaged in trading of plastic raw materials, end products, chemicals & allied connected with the industry and situated anywhere in India can become member under this category. The fee structure is as under :
Entrance Fee : Rs. 1123/- 
Membership Fee : Rs. 843/-
    ---------
Total : Rs. 1966/-
 
3 Patron Member:
Plastic processors/manufacturers having their set up in Gujarat can become life-time member under this category. The fee structure is as under:
Entrance Fee : Rs.  562/-
Patron Fee : Rs. 7865/-
    ---------
Total : Rs. 8427/-

All amount is including Service tax @12.36%

Note:- Copy of SSI Registration Certificate or Sales Tax Registration Certificate must be enclose with the form.
